3. Prohibited Activities

  • Create fake accounts
  • Impersonate another person
  • Submit inaccurate or misleading profile information
  • Misrepresent an incarcerated individual

C. Harassment & Abuse

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
  • Use hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
  • Engage in bullying or abusive behavior

D. Inappropriate Content

You may NOT post or share:

  • Explicit sexual content
  • Obscene or offensive material
  • Violent or threatening content
  • Content that promotes illegal activity

E. Financial Exploitation

  • Request or solicit money under false pretenses
  • Scam or defraud users
  • Pressure users for financial support

F. Spam & Unauthorized Promotions

  • Send spam messages
  • Promote unrelated businesses or services
  • Post advertisements without approval

G. Platform Misuse

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automation
  • Collect user data without permission

4. Inmate Representation Rules

If you are creating or managing a profile for an incarcerated individual, you agree that:

  • You have permission to act on their behalf
  • All information submitted is accurate
  • You will not assist in violating any laws or facility rules

You are responsible for the profile and any activity connected to it.

5. Communication Guidelines

When interacting with others, you agree to:

  • Use respectful and appropriate language
  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information
  • Use discretion when communicating with unfamiliar individuals

You understand that all interactions are at your own risk.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you:

  • Post
  • Upload
  • Share
  • Send

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any content at our discretion
  • Edit or refuse listings
  • Suspend or terminate accounts

7. Reporting Violations
